Pat Hayward (fellowship committee chair)  is looking for more volunteers to serve fellowship between services. You can make it as simple as you like. All of the coffee, juice, cookies, and coffeecakes are in the kitchen waiting to be used. If you have never had the opportunity to be of service, Pat will be glad to show you the ropes and can partner you with someone who has done this before. Following is information that you will find helpful.

 

Fellowship Information

 

• Set a double table for food and a double table for beverages in the Fireside Room for coffee cups, juice cups, love offering, dishes, napkins, etc.

 

• Use coffee cake and cookies in freezer marked “Fellowship”.

 

• Make 3 to 4 platters of coffee cakes and make 3 to 4 platters of cookies.

 

• The coffee will be made in the large coffee maker. The right side will be for regular coffee and the left side will be for decaf coffee and the middle for hot water.

 

• The only thing that you have to pick up will be half-half. If you forget, just use the powdered cream.

 

• Juice, coffee, coffee cups, plates, paper and plastic products are provided.

 

• Be creative! If you like to bake, please feel free to do so. Fresh fruit is also a nice change.

 

• Submit receipts for reimbursement in a white envelope marked Fellowship. A box of envelopes is provided in the right hand drawer next to the freezer.

 

• Collected money from Love Offerings also goes in white envelope.

 

• As a courtesy, please call the next server in line to remind them that the next Sunday is their turn to do Fellowship.
