Sharon Kelly - Church Secretary sharon@faithchurchdg.org extension 10 Sharon, a member of Faith Church since 1982, has held the position of secretary since June 1998. Downers Grove is where she grew up and attended Whittier, O’Neill, and Downers Grove North H.S., then on to Western Illinois Univ. She is married to Dennis Kelly, who is the sound technician for Faith Church. They have two children, Christine and David, and four grandchildren. She also serves on the Worship Committee and Finance Committee. Sharon says, “This is the most important job I have ever had – serving Christ and the people in His church.”
Don Hayward - Church Custodian
Don has been involved with Faith Church since 1988, first with the Boy Scout Troop and then in 1995 he became a member. In February 2007 he became Custodian. Previously, Don worked for Electro Motive Division of General Motors in the Billing and Mail Distribution Department. He is a college graduate of Yankton College, majoring in Business Administration. Don and his wife Pat will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary in April 2010. They have two grown children, James and Karen.
Kevin McCullough - Director of Children's Ministries Kevin and Dorraine have been married for 20 years and have two children, Paul and Maranda. They currently live in Frankfort, IL. Kevin graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Social Welfare and Religion. Kevin has worked bi-vocationally for over twenty years. Besides working in Children and Youth ministries, Kevin has worked as a Behavior Therapist for children and adults, a Nursing Home Administrator, and as a Computer Network Administrator. Kevin's basic Ministry Philosophy is simple; you must first meet people’s needs to the best of your ability. That does not mean just point people to Social Services and give it a short prayer, or say we give money to an organization that will care for you. It mean taking the time to get food, make a few phone calls to find a place for someone to live, maybe on a Saturday helping a family move out of their home. We as Christians must learn to minister as Jesus did, care for the needs of the people around us and then offer Jesus.

Pastor Brad became the Senior Pastor at Faith Church in September of 2006, after serving four other full time churches in Northern Illinois beginning in 1981. He served his last church for twelve years becoming the longest serving pastor of the Fenton Church in Fenton, Illinois. Pastor Brad received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Religion from Rockford College and his Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Pastor Brad has been married for 30 years to his wife Brenda. Together they have two children who are married, two sons still at home, and two wonderful grandchildren! Pastor Brad leads a very active life playing acoustical guitar in our church Praise Team and singing in the church choir. He also designs, builds and flies high power rockets while serving on the Certification Boards of both national high power rocketry associations and is will know in rocketry as “rocket Rev.” Brad has even been on the Sci-Fi channel and the Discovery Channel flying rockets in the Master Blasters series episode the “Fans of Fury” and in two hours of the “Rocket Challenge” on the Discovery and Science Channels.
